অনুষ্ঠানে সভাপতিত্ব করেন জাতীর শ্রেষ্ঠ সন্তান বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা, যুদ্ধকালীন নারী বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কমান্ডার, জাতীয় পুরস্কার ‘বেগম রোকেয়া পদক-২০২০’ প্রাপ্ত ফরিদা আক্তার।
